Following our major infrastructure shift, this update focuses on data accuracy, professional SEO tools, and significant UX refinements to handle large-scale monitoring projects.

New Features & Enhancements

Google Ads Keyword Planner Integration

We have replaced LLM-based "keyword guessing" with direct integration into the Google Ads API.

  • The Update: Instead of the AI generating 3 generic keywords, RankCaster now pulls 15–20 high-value suggestions directly from Google Ads Keyword Planner for every prompt.
  • User Result: You get real-world search data—including search volume and competition levels—on the first arrival. This eliminates "blind" optimization and ensures your strategic prompts are aligned with actual user search behavior.

AI-Powered Product Generation

We introduced a "Generate with AI" tool for the Products & Services catalog.

  • The Update: Users can now input a simple theme (e.g., "rooftop yoga sessions"), and the AI uses existing brand context to generate a full product profile including category, target audience, and key features.
  • User Result: Rapidly scale your product list without manual data entry. The AI ensures that every new service is perfectly aligned with your established brand voice and industry positioning.

Advanced Filtering for Strategic Prompts

To support reports with high prompt volumes (50–150+), we’ve added deep-filtering capabilities.

  • The Update: New cascading filters allow you to drill down by Product, Archetype, and Text Search within the Strategic Prompts table.
  • User Result: Manage complex projects with ease. Agencies can now isolate prompts for specific product lines or target personas in seconds, significantly reducing navigation time.

Monitoring Drill-Down & APR Transparency

We turned static "AI Presence Rate" (APR) statistics into actionable insights.

  • The Update: Mention counts (e.g., "0/12 mentions") are now clickable. This opens a detailed breakdown of every individual test run, showing the raw AI response, timestamps, and used sources.
  • User Result: Stop wondering why the AI isn't mentioning your brand. You can now see exactly which competitors are being cited instead and review the specific context of every "non-mention" to adjust your strategy.

Schema.org Constructor

A specialized JSON-LD generator for technical SEO.

  • The Update: Beta users now have access to a Schema.org constructor to build structured data directly within the platform.
  • User Result: Improved search engine indexing and "rich result" eligibility for your web pages, handled within the same workflow as your AI monitoring.

Platform Reliability & Performance

100% Enrichment Success Rate

We overhauled the background enrichment pipeline to fix a 21% failure rate during bulk prompt creation.

  • The Update: Replaced "fire-and-forget" API calls with a structured cron queue and concurrency limits for Gemini LLM requests.
  • User Result: Guaranteed reliability. Even when adding 40+ prompts simultaneously, every prompt is now correctly enriched with intent, stage, and pain points without data corruption or "garbled" responses.

Fixed Resource Limit Logic

Archetype limits are now correctly enforced at the report level rather than organization-wide.

  • The Update: Resolved a bug where having an archetype in one report wrongly blocked creation in a second, empty report.
  • User Result: You can now fully utilize the archetype limits allowed by your plan across all separate projects without being prematurely "maxed out."

UX & Bug Fixes

  • Enhanced Mobile Accessibility: The "Add Product" sheet is now fully scrollable. This ensures that the "Save" and "Target Audience" buttons are always reachable on mobile devices or smaller laptop screens.
  • Textarea Behavior Fix: Resolved a persistent issue where pressing the "Enter" key in multi-line fields (like Product Descriptions or Awareness Ladders) would fail to create a new line. Typing is now natural and fluid.
  • Data Cleanup: All text inputs now strip unnecessary empty lines only upon saving, preventing awkward formatting during the drafting process.
