This release marks a significant transition to a multi-model monitoring architecture, an overhaul of our geographic precision, and the launch of a new, scalable resource-based economic model.
Transition to Multi-Model Monitoring Infrastructure
We have implemented a provider-agnostic dispatch layer (APR Scheduler), enabling the platform to operate across multiple AI ecosystems simultaneously.
- What changed: Monitoring tasks are now dispatched in parallel to both ChatGPT (GPT-4o) and Gemini.
- User Result: You receive consolidated visibility data from the two largest AI ecosystems. This cross-engine verification eliminates reliance on a single model’s output and provides an objective view of your brand’s presence in AI-generated answers.
Gemini Grounding & Verified Source Attribution
We have integrated Google Search Retrieval capabilities for the Gemini model.
- What changed: Gemini now performs real-time searches to back its responses, providing direct links (citations) to the original sources in your reports.
- User Result: Full data transparency. You can now identify the specific websites and articles the AI is using to form its opinion of your brand, allowing for surgical PR and SEO adjustments on the most influential platforms.
Expanded Geo-Targeting (42,000+ Locations)
We have replaced our legacy list of 23 cities with a dynamic global database encompassing over 42,000 locations.
- What changed: We migrated to a Cloudflare KV-driven architecture for instant location lookups. A new searchable combobox in the UI supports hyper-local selection across all major global regions.
- User Result: Granular local SEO monitoring. You can now track how AI models recommend your product in specific cities or states, which is critical for local businesses, franchises, and regional marketing campaigns.
Dynamic Scalability & New Subscription Model
We have restructured our subscription tiers and introduced a flexible "add-on" system to remove the friction of rigid plan limits.
- What changed: The platform now features five tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, Agency, Enterprise). We have introduced Prompt Add-ons (available in packs of 10 or 50) that can be purchased as needed without upgrading to a higher tier.
- User Result: Optimized unit economics. The cost of an additional monitoring prompt is now fixed at approximately $4.20. This allows agencies to scale individual projects on demand and accurately bill monitoring costs back to clients.
Interface Optimization & UX Enhancements
- Optimistic UI: Strategic prompt management now updates the interface instantly while background processes sync with the database. This removes perceived latency when managing large volumes of data.
- Audience Segmentation: New structured fields for "Target Audience" and "Archetypes" have been added. These parameters are automatically injected into the analysis logic to increase the relevance of AI-generated responses for specific demographics.
- Comprehensive Data Export: Full export functionality is now live for Strategic Prompts and Monitoring data, supporting Excel, CSV, and PDF formats for external reporting and analysis.
System Stability & Bug Fixes
- Data Persistence: Resolved a critical bug where social media links in the Company Overview were not being saved to the database.
- UI Polish: Fixed the "disappearing cursor" issue during archetype editing and resolved focus-stealing bugs in the geo-selector.
- Session Management: Improved rate limiting and session handling to prevent unexpected logouts.
