RankCaster AI is an AI Visibility Marketing platform that helps brands optimize their presence in AI-powered search and recommendation systems. Our services include AI audits, analytics, strategy development, and ongoing optimization.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RankCaster AI website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Services

RankCaster AI provides AI Visibility Marketing consulting and software services, including but not limited to:

  • AI visibility audits across major LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
  • Deep analytics and prompt engineering
  • Knowledge Graph architecture and implementation
  • Answer Presence Rate (APR) monitoring
  • Content strategy and signal optimization
  • Ongoing managed services

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5. Payment Terms

Certain services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription services
  • Accept that prices may change with 30 days advance notice

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the RankCaster AI service are owned by RankCaster AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your brand content and data provided to us for optimization purposes.

9. Confidentiality

RankCaster AI will treat all client information, strategies, and business data as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankCaster AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

RankCaster AI may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
